JayLee's Bridal Shower {Austin Party Photographer}

I got the pleasure of celebrating my good friend JayLee's upcoming wedding by helping throw a bridal shower. The shower was so beautifully decorated with the wonderful theme of a Paris bridal shower, and yes Ms. Hepburn made an appearance. :) Personally, the paper wedding dress game pictures are my favorite, these ladies created 3 quite stylish dresses! Anyway, here are just a few pictures from JayLee's bridal shower.

The Train, Arcade Games, and a Comedy Show {Austin Photographer}

I think the title about sums up this post!  Took the "train" for the first time with Alex and Michael, reminded me of traveling around England on the train!  Not too much longer and I'll be back over the pond on the train I'm sure :)
Anyway, we stopped to play some arcade games.. because.. well, who doesn't love arcade games?
And then onto an improv comedy show.  People, I cannot stress this enough.

Father's Day Shoot {Austin Family Photographer}

I had such a fun time taking pictures of Alex, Meghann, and David this past weekend. We got some classy shots at the capitol and then got some fun shots on South Congress (may have risked our lives a little to get the "money shot"). Meg + Alex thought it would be a fun idea to give their dad a photo shoot for Father's Day... 2011. 2012 and here we are! I'd say it was well worth the wait ;) Here's just a few of the shots - thanks again guys, it was so much fun!

Wine Tasting in California {Austin Photographer}

California is one of the most beautiful places in the US.  I LOVE it!  I was treated to an amazing trip around the many wineries of Amador County, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and many others!  I had an absolute blast - I took way too many pictures, of course, here are just a few for your viewing pleasure:

The Karli Family {Austin Family Photographer}

It was time for the Karli family to have some new family pictures! However.. the weather did not want to cooperate at all. So April and I spent the entire day calling each other and obsessing over weather.com! We laughed at one point as we were both standing outside our houses seeing how muddy it was, if rain was dripping on our head from the trees, how the humidity was... and I wish I had that conversation recorded! Anyway, we decided to take an adventure down to Mayfield Park and I'm SO glad we did because that place is beautiful!! Thanks Karli family for being such model-posing rock stars :)

My Holmes {Austin Senior Photographer}

Destiny. No other word can describe the friendship between me and Alex. With my last name being Watson and hers, Holmes - the universe brought us together all those years back in 7th grade. Now here she is graduating from the University of Texas and going on to an AMAZING Law school... yet to be decided... I'm supportive either way. ;) We both worked our butts off for these pictures and hiked from one end of UT campus to the other, but all the hard work paid off! Anyway, as Alex (and Michael) often mock the cheesiness of my "client paragraphs" I will wrap this one up short, here is your sneak preview! Alex, you are an amazing model!!!
