When it's too cold for an outside shoot...

Work with what resources you have! This is exactly what me and my friend, Lucy, did this past week. Lucy wanted to have a shoot done for her Mum for Christmas and get a print. Lucy had a gorgeous dress picked out, and we were going to go downtown for some outside shots. However, in 30 degree weather, this did not seem like a good idea to me or Lucy! So we ended up doing the shoot just outside my house and they came out great! I told Lucy she can never say that she is not photogenic ever again! As these pictures show, Lucy is VERY MUCH photogenic!

Brother and Sister..

This past weekend i took pictures of 2 siblings Lauren and Kyle at the arboretum! The weather was perfect, with a little wind, as shown in some of Lauren's pictures! But we got the cheesy hair blowing effect without a fan! :) Back to the point, the pictures turned out great and they are ones i will definitely be using in my portfolio!

You make a wonderful couple. With hundreds to sort through and edit i managed to grab a few of my favorites to share on my blog! So here they are :)

I took a trip to another world...

Or at least that's what it felt like when i went to take pictures of my friend, Joana, at St. Edward's University!
How often do you hear this sentence when getting directions - "drive by the main building that looks like a castle"
And she was right folks, it was a giant castle. I was in awe of this place!

Anyway, Joana is SO photogenic and she needed some head shots but i took some others too and they turned out great! :)
